Enjoy CBD New Website

Enjoy CBD’s new website is on the horizon..

Enjoy CBD new website is taking a little longer than we expected, however, the successful launch of Enjoy CBD’s new website is eagerly awaited and will prove to be more beneficial to our customers.  As with all websites under redevelopment, there have been some navigational ‘glitches‘ here and there, but overall we are happy with the progress that the developers are making and we are hoping that it will go live by the end of September 2021.

By developing this new website, we are ensuring that we are keeping pace with all of the new technologies that are available to us in terms of marketing, but also in terms of getting our message across to the consumer in a clear and concise way.

The overall stylising of the new site has a more modern feel to it, but more importantly for us is the ability to record inventory levels accurately at all times.  Accurate inventories are essential for running an efficient operation as our customers depend on our ability to get their CBD (Cannabidiol) out to them quickly when they need it most…

We are hoping that our new website will also help those of our customers who travel to various destinations across the globe, as the shipping costs will be adapted for whichever country they are in at the time that they place their order.

Enjoy CBD are very proud of what we have achieved with our business since its inception back in 2018.  We spent a long time researching and sourcing the very best quality CBD – and you can now buy CBD Oil, CBD Edibles and other CBD products from our new CBD online shop.  Along the way we found that there’s a lot of cowboys out there trying to persuade customers like you and me to buy their snake oil branded as CBD…. after all you get what you pay for – so if you want only genuine premium whole plant extract Cannabidiol CBD then you should expect to pay a premium price for it – after all of the research and development that Scientists around the world have put into developing quality assured pure Cannabidiol products to the market.

Going forward we will be concentrating on supplying the Enjoy CBD brand and only three or four different premium Cannabidiol products which we source from our trusted Partners. This approach allows us to be in full control of all the processes – from seed to shelf.. This is particularly important at this point in time as the rules around the sale of Cannabidiol CBD products have changed drastically in the last few months.  Anyone who deigns to sell CBD has to be able to prove that they are registered with the FSA (Food Standards Agency) as Cannabidiol (CBD) is now classified as a novel food supplement.  As a result of the new Novel Foods Regulations which came into effect on the 31st March 2021, anyone selling Cannabidiol after that date has to have registered with the FSA and if they have not then they are basically selling it illegally!

Novel foods are foods which have not been widely consumed by people in the UK or European Union (EU) before May 1997 which basically means that the foods don’t have a history of consumption.  Therefore, by implication, any CBD product (as they are sold on the basis of being a Food Supplement) has to have been registered by the 31 March 2021.  This ruling applies to all CBD Oils/Tinctures, Lotions, Creams, Balms, Vaping, Water Soluble, basically any product which contains CBD that is ingested.  Companies supplying these products will have had to have submitted a Novel Food Authorisation Application by that date…. the underlying idea behind this new Regulation is that Novel Foods must be safe for consumption…a good idea for the consumer as potentially, over time, that will hit the Cowboys hard and there is a ‘herd‘ of them out there!

Basically, Enjoy CBD’s new website will offer our customers up to date information on the latest Government guidance and regulation, but a lot depends on how quickly the Food Standards Agency (FSA) are in clamping down on anyone selling non-registered or illegal Cannabidiol CBD products or novel foods that do not meet the regulatory requirements after that date…
