The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

 

6.Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United Kingdom. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between EnjoyCBD.co.uk and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United Kingdom. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. EnjoyCBD.co.uk failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. EnjoyCBD.co.uk may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

 

Terms and Conditions Agreement for Instagram Giveaway

 

  1. Eligibility

The Instagram Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Enjoy CBD Ltd (“Sponsor”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

  1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Enjoy CBD ltd, located at Unit 11 Indigo House, Fishponds Road, RG41 2GY.

  1. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

  1. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at the start date specified in the post and ends at the date specified in the post (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

  1. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow @EnjoyCBDOfficial on Instagram.
  2. Like the designated Giveaway post.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments section of the designated Giveaway post.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Entry Period. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  1. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a chosen prize as advertised. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  1. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and Instagram from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

  1. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.

  1. Privacy

Any personal information submitted by entrants in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely by the Sponsor and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Giveaway.
