CBD Oil helping to alleviate symptoms?

CBD Oil helping alleviate symptoms? We cannot give any medical advice whatsoever surrounding questions about arthritis or chronic pain relief however we do appreciate that living with these conditions can be very debilitating.  We would ask our customers who may be experiencing any such symptoms that you seek advice from a consummate professional.

There are products sold on the High Street which don’t make any medical claims except to suggest that they may help you, however, everyone knows they are good for you when taken as a supplement to your daily wellness regime. Products such as vitamins, for example, taken for the common cold or to improve your hair and nails etc.

So if you consider CBD as a food supplement rather than a ‘miracle’ cure for whatever ails you, like products which boost your immune system, you can experience relief from all sorts of symptoms but your daily wellness regime has to include exercise and a balanced diet to feel those benefits.

It’s pointless stuffing your face with a burger and chips and fizzy drinks while expecting to feel on top of the world, that’s not what is going to happen! CBD-rich hemp extract is the perfect additional daily food supplement or as an occasional holistic remedy to help blow the winter blues away – as is meditation, exposure to light and exercise and a great diet which also contributes to optimum bodily function.

Serotonin, for example, is made from the essential amino acid tryptophan.  This amino acid enters your body through your diet and is commonly found in foods such as nuts, cheese and red meat.  Low serotonin levels can affect the optimum functioning of your body and mind.  Serotonin is simply one of the body’s chemicals and plays an important role in maintaining good mental health.  Most people think that serotonin is just in the brain, however, over 95% of your body’s serotonin is actually located in your gut.  By adding CBD, (which mimics serotonin) to your diet, you can help to maximise optimum bodily function.

There are lots of CBD products for sale on our platform; CBD oils, vapes, capsules, chewing gum, balms, tinctures and even gummie bears!  Our most exciting product yet is Soluble Plus, a truly water soluble CBD which can be added to all beverages whether hot or cold and foods.  This is a very exciting development for the CBD market in general, but also Enjoy CBD is the first company to bring this truly water soluble ‘wonder’ product to the UK market.  We launched Soluble Plus at the Coffee Shop Innovation Expo held at the Excel London on the 19th and 20th November 2019 and were awarded ‘Finalist’ for Product of the Year.

As CBD Oil exhibits no signs of dependence or abuse in humans – can it be a safer option?

A safer option to what?  As stated above, we cannot give any medical advice whatsoever. What we can say however, is that CBD works to maintain the endocannabinoid system (ECS).  The endocannabinoid system has three core components: endocannabinoids, receptors and enzymes.  These functions all contribute to homeostasis and CBD works by preventing endocannabinoids from braking down so this allows them to have more of an effect on your body. Endocannabinoids are molecules made by your body.  They are similar to cannabinoids but they are produced by your body.

CBD products have absolutely no dependency issues and are extremely beneficial in increasing mobility and energy so we are happy to recommend taking CBD as part of a daily ‘healthy’ diet which includes taking lots of exercise and not being a ‘couch potato’.

Scientific research suggests that you cannot overdose on CBD Oil and your body will tell you when you have reached your ‘sweet spot’…

CBD Oil helping alleviate symptoms? The Importance of CBD Oil containing Terpenes

The importance of Terpenes in CBD cannot be overemphasised.  If you’re looking for the best selection of CBD products that haven’t been stripped of the powerhouse known as active Terpenes, you have definitely come to the right place.  Terpenes have a key role to play in differentiating the effects of the various cannabis strains.  Terpenoids and Terpenes are a large class of naturally occurring organic compounds which are known as isoprenes, as their structure is based on repeating isoprene (C5H8) units.  Terpenes are major constituents of plant resin and essential oils extracted from plants and aromatic compounds that are found in thousands of plant species which are also responsible for the various flavour and fragrances of the plants, including cannabis.  Awareness of their potential properties has only recently come to light.  As Terpenes are precursors to cannabinoids, the abundance of Terpenes is usually a sign of high cannabinoid levels as Terpenes are the ‘building blocks’ of the cannabis plant.

As an oil that creates a wonderful bouquet, it is secreted from the exact same glands in the plant that generate the CBD, and by stripping them away most people are missing out on the benefits that Terpenes are known for.  Our Terpene rich CBD products are the best of the best.  They are packed with antioxidants on top of the benefits offered in our high quality Cannabidiol, so adding Terpenes to your daily regiment makes complete sense.  For example, using a vaping product such as Vape Bright ‘Thrive’,  the CBD and Terpenes are aerosolised as you inhale which means that the absorption rate is much higher than if you ingest your CBD.  Not only are the CBD Terpenes hitting your sublingual glands as it passes through your mouth but getting directly into your bloodstream as it reaches the small blood vessels in your lungs.  When it comes to immediately feeling the effects, there is no better delivery system.
